Kevin Poneskis has been investing in property since 1991 which is when he bought his first buy to let. Kevin served for 24 years in the British Army, mostly in a Commando Unit and finished as a Regimental Sergeant Major. Yes he was investing whilst in the Army before anyone asks how old he is!

Kevin left the Army in 2011 with a multi-million pound property portfolio of single lets and HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation). Kevin has bought and sold multiple houses (flipped) and has also acquired multiple houses using Rent to Rent HMO (R2R HMO) and Lease Purchase Options. His main focus is now on Serviced Accommodation, including Rent to SA (R2SA).
